    We help you open the SumUp or myPOS account the machine needs to accept cards — no paperwork maze.

    Remote guidance from us, an on-site visit in our coverage areas, or fit it yourself with our step-by-step guide.

    Every payment and every fault shows up on the platform in real time.

Before you buy

The questions we get first.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the European Union. Standard shipping is free and express costs €30.
How does VAT work?
Prices are shown without VAT. For Portugal we charge 23%. For businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number we apply reverse charge, i.e. 0%.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The terminal carries the manufacturer's warranty and the controller carries ours. Faulty units are replaced, not repaired on your time.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Put your company and VAT number on the address and the checkout offers payment by invoice; we issue the pro-forma.
